Chronic Sleep Loss and untreated Sleep Disorders affects 70 million Americans and cost our nation $15 billion in healthcare related expenses. Reduced or disrupted sleep appears to increase the risk of obesity,diabetes and cardiovascular disease. According to a recent National Sleep Foundation poll Sleep in America,more than 7 out of 10 Americans said they experience frequent sleep problems, although most have not been diagnosed.
